What You’ll Do:
- Optimize Service Operations: Help streamline workflows and enforce best practices to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support Department Goals: Assist in managing performance against annual targets and budgets.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing helpful and timely support to customers and team members.
- Warranty Claims: Submit warranty and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims accurately and promptly.
- Lead the Team: Schedule, assign, and supervise tasks based on technician expertise.
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy: Open, track, and process service work orders—making sure everything from labor to parts is accurate and invoiced on time.
- Adapt & Excel: Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in service management or shop operations. Strong mechanical and machinery knowledge.
- Leadership: Proven leadership or foreman experience—able to motivate and manage teams.
- Attention to Detail: You excel in keeping things organized and have a keen eye for accuracy in your work.
- Communication Skills: You are a clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal, and know how to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Multi-Tasking Master: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing multiple responsibilities at once.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.
