What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome with a Smile: Greet guests and customers warmly, making them feel at home.
  • Be the Voice of West Side: Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.
  • Support the Team: Provide administrative support to our Sales, Parts, and Service departments. Monitor and order office supplies so nothing runs out.
  • Pitch In: Jump in to help with other tasks—every day is a little different, and that’s what keeps it fun!
  • Credit Department Support:
    • Apply cash payments and assist with account-related customer questions.
    • Help customers understand their statements and manage account details.
    • Generate and distribute monthly statements.
    • Assist with administrative reports and credit-related documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or front desk experience (bonus points for dealership or service-industry background!)
  • Accounting Know-How: Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
  • People Skills: Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator.
  • Organized: Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with standard desktop applications and systems.
